Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of streamcloud.app (the “Service”), operated by Oskusrada OÜ (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Estonia at Kõlviku tee 8-2, 11913 Tallinn, Estonia. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
01The Service
streamcloud is a web-based subscription service that publishes a daily ranking of micro-skill lessons. Six picks are available to preview without a membership; the remaining picks and the archive require an active trial or paid membership. The Service is streaming-only and accessed through a modern web browser. We do not provide native mobile apps, smart-TV apps, offline downloads, or 4K playback.
02Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. A membership is for a single person. We may limit simultaneous sessions to keep access fair. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter a paid agreement.
03Free trial
New members may be offered a 7-day free trial with full access. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Unless cancelled, the membership converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial at the price and cycle shown before you started.
04Subscription, renewal & cancellation
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
- Current prices: Basic $8/month or $79.80/year; Premium $12/month or $119.52/year. Taxes may apply by location and are shown at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
- We may change prices or plans with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle, never retroactively.
05Refunds
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Your first paid charge is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.
06Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, scrape, resell, or publicly perform the lessons, circumvent access controls, or share your account beyond personal use. Content is provided for personal learning only.
07Intellectual property
Lessons remain the property of their creators or licensors; the streamcloud name, ranking, and site are ours. Submitting a lesson grants us a licence to review and, if accepted, publish it under separate creator terms.
08Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Educational content is informational and not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
