02Cookies & consent
Essential cookies are always on because the site can’t work without them. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you consent via the cookie banner. Manage categories on our Cookie Policy page.
03Processors
We use service providers strictly to operate streamcloud — for example hosting and, once connected, a payment provider that processes card details over an encrypted connection. We list processors only when they are actually in use. Until checkout is live, no payment processor receives your data.
04Retention
Account and billing records are kept for the life of your membership and for the period required by Estonian accounting and tax law afterwards. Usage data is kept in aggregated or pseudonymised form. Support emails are kept while relevant to your request.
05Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local authority.
06International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We only transfer what is necessary to run the Service.
07Changes & contact
We’ll update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Questions or requests: [email protected].
