Refund Policy

Two protections, plainly stated: a 7-day free trial so you never pay to try, and a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge in case the trial wasn’t enough.
1. The free trial means no charge to try
Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel at any point before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. Cancellation takes two clicks from your account.
2. 7-day money-back on the first paid charge
If your trial converts and you’re billed for your first paid period, you have 7 days from that first charge to request a full refund of it, no reason required. After we receive your request we process the refund to your original payment method.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Include the date of the charge and, if handy, the last four digits shown on your receipt.
- We confirm and process eligible refunds promptly; your bank may take a few business days to post it.
4. After the first paid period
Renewals beyond the first paid period are generally non-refundable, but cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current period. Nothing here limits any mandatory statutory right you have under Estonian or your local consumer-protection law.
