Trial & billing
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full access to all thirty daily picks and the archive. If you cancel before the trial ends, you’re never charged. After 7 days the membership renews automatically at the plan price you chose. The exact amount and cycle are shown before you start, never buried.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes — after the 7-day free trial, your membership renews automatically at your chosen monthly or annual price until you cancel. Basic is $8/month ($79.80/year annually); Premium is $12/month ($119.52/year annually). The renewal amount and cycle are shown before you begin.
What if I don’t like it?
Cancel any time during the 7-day trial and you pay nothing. If you’re charged for your first paid period and change your mind, our 7-day money-back guarantee covers that first charge — just email [email protected]. See the Refund Policy for full details.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider once checkout is connected. We never store full card numbers on our own servers. Checkout is not yet live in this build; until it is, no card details are collected.
How the product works
How are the daily picks chosen?
A human editorial team watches micro-skill lessons each morning and ranks thirty by usefulness and clarity. It’s curation, not an automated recommendation feed — a person decides your number one. Picks span focus & habits, productivity, communication, learning skills, coding basics, tools & software, career, and leadership.
When does the ranking refresh?
Every day at 00:00 in your device’s local timezone. The countdown on the home page shows exactly how long until the next refresh. The same lesson never stays number one — today’s top pick is replaced tomorrow.
Does the same lesson stay number one forever?
No. The ranking is rebuilt daily, so today’s number one is replaced tomorrow. Strong lessons may return to the ranking, but the top spot is never permanent — that’s the whole point of a daily format.
How much is free?
Six picks are free to preview every day so you can judge the format before committing. The remaining 24 picks and the full 1,460-lesson archive are unlocked with a membership.
Devices & access
What devices can I watch on?
streamcloud is a web-based service that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and phone. We don’t currently offer native mobile or smart-TV apps, and we don’t claim to.
Can I download lessons to watch offline?
No. streamcloud is streaming-only over the web. We don’t offer offline downloads and won’t pretend otherwise.
Can I share my account?
A membership is for one person. We may limit simultaneous sessions to keep access fair, but you can sign in from any of your own devices.

streamcloud is operated by Oskusrada OÜ, registered at Kõlviku tee 8-2, 11913 Tallinn, Estonia. Our governing law is Estonian.
Can I submit my own lessons?
Yes — creators can pitch micro-skill lessons to [email protected]. We review every submission, though publishing is selective and not guaranteed.
