streamcloud respects intellectual property and expects creators to clear the rights to anything they submit. If you believe content on streamcloud infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice to our designated agent and we’ll act on valid requests promptly.

What your notice must include

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on streamcloud you want removed, with enough detail (e.g. lesson title and URL) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact details — name, address, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

What happens next

On a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the submitting creator. Incomplete notices may delay action.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] identifying the material, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. Repeat infringers may have their access and submission privileges terminated.
