streamcloud respects intellectual property and expects creators to clear the rights to anything they submit. If you believe content on streamcloud infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice to our designated agent and we’ll act on valid requests promptly.

What your notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification of the material on streamcloud you want removed, with enough detail (e.g. lesson title and URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact details — name, address, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
What happens next
On a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the submitting creator. Incomplete notices may delay action.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] identifying the material, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. Repeat infringers may have their access and submission privileges terminated.
